Project Objectives
Diving into the core of leadership.
Our project aims to strengthen the soft skills of youth leaders and equip them with key leadership concepts to lead with passion, authenticity, and responsibility. Additionally, we aim to raise awareness about toxic leadership and its impact on employees’ health and productivity. We also plan to develop competencies in digital tools and exchange ideas and good practices related to leadership among Scandinavian, Mediterranean, and Balkan countries.

Through our project, youth from disadvantaged communities will have the opportunity to participate and acquire knowledge and competences to lead with responsibility and consideration.
We also aim to reinforce the relationship among organizations and develop new project ideas that can be implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ programme.
By strengthening the soft skills and leadership competencies of youth leaders, we expect to improve team performance, promote a positive organizational culture, and ultimately, achieve the organization's mission.

Project results
Survey
The survey, developed by youth workers, was distributed within the European youth work sector. Its primary purpose was to pinpoint the learning requirements and potential challenges faced by youth workers in contemporary leadership scenarios.
The respondents were drawn from key countries within the project consortium, namely Denmark, Spain, and Romania, as well as from youth workers across Europe and beyond. The survey results are integral to the analysis that will lay the foundation for the development of an e-learning Moodle Course.

This course is tailored to address real-world challenges in leadership, providing the flexibility to learn at your own pace while equipping you with essential tools to combat toxic leadership and build key leadership skills.
This evidence-based course offers practical tools to empower participants, improve leadership abilities, and inspire positive change in their communities. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate, showcasing their commitment to professional growth.
